This Privacy Policy explains how 413 Vision LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Rizz IQ mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

Plain-Language Summary We do not sell your personal data. Screenshots are analyzed in memory and never stored. Conversation coaching data is encrypted. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. This is the full legal text — the plain-language version of each section is available in the app's Settings → Privacy screen.

Screenshot Data — Critical Disclosure Photographs and screenshots you upload for conversation analysis via the Vision Analysis feature are processed in memory by the OpenAI GPT-4o Vision API. These images are never written to our database, never stored on our servers, and never retained by 413 Vision LLC after processing is complete. Images are transmitted directly to the OpenAI API over TLS and are subject to OpenAI's data processing policies. See Section 3 for the full disclosure.

2.1 Persistent Memory via Vector Embeddings

To improve coaching continuity across sessions, Rizz IQ maintains a persistent memory layer powered by pgvector (a PostgreSQL extension). When you use the coaching features, selected context from prior sessions is converted into numerical embeddings and stored in our database. These embeddings allow the AI coach to recall relevant context from prior conversations.

Embeddings are stored in association with your user account and are deleted when you delete your account. You may request deletion of your coaching memory at any time via Settings → Privacy → Clear Coaching Memory, without deleting your full account.

2.2 We Do Not Train AI Models on Your Data

Your coaching session content, onboarding responses, and submitted text are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model operated by 413 Vision LLC or any third-party AI provider, except as limited by the applicable sub-processor policies disclosed in Section 4. We do not use your personal data as training data for large language models.

Screenshot & Image Processing

Important — Third Party in Image Processing Flow When you upload screenshots using the Vision Analysis feature, those images are transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing. 413 Vision LLC does not store the images, but they do pass through OpenAI's systems. By using the screenshot upload feature, you acknowledge this transmission.

3.1 How Screenshot Analysis Works

The Vision Analysis feature allows you to upload screenshots of dating app conversations. The following describes the complete technical flow:

  1. You select up to 5 images from your device's local storage using the native OS image picker.
  2. Images are uploaded over an encrypted (TLS 1.2+) connection to a Supabase Edge Function operated by 413 Vision LLC.
  3. The Edge Function immediately forwards the image data to the OpenAI GPT-4o Vision API for text extraction and conversation analysis.
  4. OpenAI returns a structured text response (extracted conversation content, speaker attribution, platform detection).
  5. Images are not written to any database or persistent storage. They exist only in server memory during the duration of the API call, which typically completes in under 10 seconds.
  6. The structured text output (not the image) is then processed by our coaching logic and stored as part of your coaching session record.

3.2 What You Should Know Before Uploading Screenshots

3.3 Profile Optimizer Text Content

The Profile & Bio Optimizer feature accepts text input only (profile bios, prompts, headlines). This text is processed by the Anthropic Claude API. No images are used in the Profile Optimizer. Text input is not stored beyond the active session unless you save an analysis result to your profile audit history.

Rizz IQ relies on the following third-party AI and infrastructure services to deliver the Service. These services act as data sub-processors and may receive personal data as part of service delivery:

We have entered into data processing agreements with our sub-processors, where applicable, and require them to handle personal data in compliance with applicable privacy law.

SECTION 05

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We share data with the sub-processors listed in Section 4 solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of 413 Vision LLC, our users, or others.

5.3 Business Transfers

If 413 Vision LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5.4 With Your Consent

We may share information with third parties when you provide explicit consent to do so.

5.5 Aggregated & Anonymized Data

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. For example, aggregate product usage statistics may be shared with investors, partners, or published publicly.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g., transaction records).

Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including:

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

SECTION 08

Children's Privacy

Age Restriction Rizz IQ is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 ("minors"). Our onboarding flow requires users to confirm they are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from minors.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at privacy@413vision.com.

This Service is not subject to COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) because it is not directed to children under 13. However, we apply the same deletion policy to any user under 18 whose account comes to our attention.

SECTION 09

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

9.1 Access & Portability

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will provide this in a structured, machine-readable format within 30 days of a verified request.

9.2 Correction

You may update your account information directly in Settings → Profile. For other corrections, contact us at privacy@413vision.com.

9.3 Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion triggers deletion of all associated personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. You may also clear your coaching memory separately via Settings → Privacy → Clear Coaching Memory.

9.4 Opt-Out of Analytics

You may opt out of product analytics tracking via Settings → Privacy → Usage Analytics. Note that error monitoring (Sentry) cannot be disabled as it is necessary for app security and stability.

9.5 Push Notifications

You may disable push notifications at any time via your device's notification settings or via Settings → Notifications within the app.

9.6 Withdrawing Consent

Where our processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@413vision.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

SECTION 10

Push Notifications

Rizz IQ may send push notifications to your device, including Daily Rizz Challenges, coaching reminders, streak notifications, and product updates. Push notifications require your explicit permission, which is requested at first launch via a native OS permission dialog.

You may revoke push notification permissions at any time through your device operating system settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Rizz IQ; Android: Settings → Apps → Rizz IQ → Notifications). Revoking permissions does not affect your ability to use any other feature of the Service.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Expo Notifications to deliver push notifications. Your FCM device token is stored in our database associated with your account and is deleted when you delete your account or revoke notification permissions.

SECTION 11

In-App Purchases & Billing

Rizz IQ offers premium subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All payment processing, billing, and financial transactions are handled by Apple or Google, respectively, and are subject to their terms and privacy policies.

413 Vision LLC does not collect, store, or process payment card numbers, bank account information, or full billing details.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and receipt validation. RevenueCat receives your anonymized user ID and subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive payment card data. For RevenueCat's privacy practices, see revenuecat.com/privacy.

All refund requests are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies, as applicable to the platform on which you subscribed.

SECTION 12

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information.

12.1 Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA: Identifiers (email, device ID); Internet or other electronic network activity information (usage analytics, session data); Inferences drawn from personal information (coaching profile, archetype preferences); Commercial information (subscription status). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA beyond account credentials.

12.2 Right to Know, Delete, Correct, and Opt-Out

California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold; (b) delete personal information collected about them; (c) correct inaccurate personal information; (d) opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and (e) non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.

12.3 We Do Not Sell Personal Information

413 Vision LLC does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA, including for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

12.4 How to Exercise California Rights

To exercise your California privacy rights, submit a verifiable consumer request to privacy@413vision.com with the subject line "CCPA Rights Request." We will respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

SECTION 13

International Users

Rizz IQ is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, where applicable.

This policy is not specifically directed at European Union residents and does not constitute a GDPR-compliant privacy notice. If you are an EU resident and have concerns about your data, please contact us at privacy@413vision.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:
